I couldn't stand or walk and was consumed by pain and uncertainty.

When in bed, I spent my time learning everything I could about muscle building and nutrition optimization.
And as soon as my doctors cleared me to resume normal activities, I went all in: 5,000 calories a day, intense structured training, and sleep/supplement optimization.
In just 8 months, I gained 25 pounds of lean muscle:
